IDentiTag are based in Fairfield, Victoria and are proud to be affiliated with Armydogtags who are based in the United Kingdom and have been supplying personalised dog tags since 2005.

IDentiTag are continually looking for ways to improve our range and online service with the most recent development being our Tag Builder software which integrates directly with our embosser minimising opportunity for human error and our corporate offering which allows businesses to input customer data through our online tool and send directly to our bureau.

Products

The parent company of IDentiTech works exclusively with the supplier of embossing machines to the US Army, therefore we are confident that we are the only dog tag supplier in Australia to use genuine US military equipment. Our tags, chains and silencers also come from approved US military suppliers, so you can be confident that you are getting a high quality product that’s exactly like the real thing.

Service

We pride ourselves on our prompt delivery and excellent customer service, so whatever you need, just get in touch and we’ll do our best to help. We try very hard to get your tags in the post within 24 hours, and if we do make a mistake with your embossing (its unusual and very rare to find that our robots have made an error) please tell us and we’ll send you replacement tags with no quibbling.

In line with military specifications, our machines can emboss the following characters:

Punctuation marks , . / ; ' -

Delivery

We aim to ship all our tags within 24 hours of receiving payment, unless there is a problem with the tag data. Tags are shipped by Australia Post for Australia, New Zealand and overseas orders.

Privacy

We take security of your personal information very seriously. Embossing details supplied to us are held for 90 days (to aid in the investigation of any errors), after which they are destroyed.
