Medical Alert Dog Tags

Our medical alert dog tags are a perfect way to alert others including paramedics and first aid specialists in emergency situations. Some allergies are life threatening and wearing a tag that can be both discretely worn and noticeable isn't the easiest choice. We've got the standard green and red tags here, the red displaying a medical alerts and the green tag embossed with your personal details including blood type and your date of birth; this tag can be customised to your preference.

In this pack you'll receive the tags themselves, two rubber silencers for the tags and two chains; one short and one long for adjustments so they can be cut to size. Keep alert, and alert everybody else of your conditions discreetly.
